The Nagas are one of the cultural and mythological links that unite the immense territory that stretches from the Bay of Benegal to the Java Sea, from then Indian Ocean to the Pacific Ocean. The figure of Naga is associated with water and fertility: the naga can be protective, nurturing and even creative. And although they live in their own kingdom, some nagas can transform themselves to visit the world og humans in the form of a snake or a handsome young man. Distillation process:
1. Sugar Cane is grown and processed into molasses in the distillery plantations.
2. NAGA Siam Edition rum is distilled 5 times in columns.
3. The rum is then aged at the distillery, in 200 liters American oak casks ex-bourbon. In orer to maintain a constant temperatue, the cellar is located below ground level. 4. The angel share is still between 7% and 9% per year.
5. The barrelse are racked several times and refilled with an equivalent aged rum.

Tasting Notes:
Distilled meticulously using a clumn still, our rum finds its origin in the finest molasses from Thai sugar cannes. Aged for a full 12 years through the dynamic process in charred bourbon barrels, their rum develops character that is truly exquisite. As it ages, the wood imparts a tapestry of flavors, from the depth of vanilla and caramel to the subtle whisper of herbs and vegetal notes.
