They are a distillery located on the family’s farm since 1889, in the municipality of Mococa, in São Paulo, Brazil. Over the past 100 years, in addition to growing high-quality coffee for the world market, they have also produced excellent beverages made from sugarcane. Since 1889 their distilattion is carried out with the aid of pot stills with a capacity of 7.500 liters and a distillation column. Furthermore, they offer both open and closed fermentation processes, employing long-term methods that provide a variety of yeats with unique flavors. To ensure quality ingredients for their products, they cultivate three varieties of sugarcane, carefully selected for their region. At the moment, their maximum production capacity is 300.000 liters per year, with warehouse space available to store 500.000 liters in wooden barrels. They also have their own bottling facility at the distillery which ensures total control over the quality of their product. They are always in search of excellence in their production, but without forgetting their commitment to the enviroment and sustainability. Therefor, they generate their own energy through solar panels and utilize the annual sugarcane bagasse to produce teir agricultural compost, thus contributing to the preservation of the ecosystem.

Tasting notes:
Golden amber color, the typical richness of sugar cane gives us the characteristic flavor of brown sugar. With a balanced palate and its structure around flavors and aromas of cocoa, sweet coconut candy and tobacco, which surprises with a citrus note. The caramel and vanilla come from our selection of oak wood, with a long and lasting finish.
