Tropically aged in the Dominican Republic
The Patridom core range consists of four expressions with each having its own intriguing flavor characteristics. The spirit is produced by Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos who harvest their own sugarcanes, making sure the rum consists of crops purely from the Dominican Republic.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Like entering a bakery – warm pies, fruitcakes and pudding with lots of vanilla and caramel.
Palate: Thick aromas of brown sugar, vanilla, and coconut, yet mild and balanced.

Fresh sweet taste, fine smell, nice to drink. I’ll buy this bottle, if I can. Perfect start of Advent.

The impression of fresh fruit cake is apparent to the nose and particularly noticeable to the taste. A little syrupy. Would be good with ice.
Il est pas mal, bon au nez, douceur au début, dommage il y a une trop grosee explosion d’alcool au palais, après plusieur gorgées ça va beaucoup mieux

Den allra första doften som kommer när man öppnar flaskan ger en hint av varm bastulav, därefter kommer toner av toffee, torkad frukt och vanilj. Smakmässigt tycker jag den är lite torrare och enligt mig precis lagom söt. Granska kort i eftersmak och den ton som stannar längst munnen är en lite bränd beska. Överlag en trevlig rom.

From the first sip, Patridom Selección Exclusiva unfolds like stepping into a warm, dimly lit Caribbean evening. The aroma rises in lush waves-molasses thick as midnight, burnt sugar shimmering like amber glass, and a whisper of tropical wood carried on a slow sea breeze. Such a nice start into the Christmas time.

Day 1 of my rum advent calendar. A gorgeous rum. Caramel, vanilla, raisins and marzipan on the nose. Very smooth caramel, vanilla and light fruit. Very easy drinking. Good, just lacks depth.
Had this whilst on holiday in the Dominican Republic last year, so was pleasantly surprised and delighted to see this on Day 1!! A great tasting rum packed with flavour,

From my point of view balanced and light. Very pleasant. Can imagine easy going evening with it. On the other hand I’m curious if i would be able to recall it at the end of this month.

As soon as I had my first sip I felt very warm inside. Very well balanced and not too harsh. Definitely can taste the caramel and vanilla notes, a little fruity with a hint of chocolate
